The structure of blue Carbox Nitrile rough top conveyor belt from GC as the picture shows: for the top surface it is NBR cover in blue color, then it’s the tension part consisting of two polyester fabric layers and one nylon sheet core layer, and for the bottom side it is NBR cover again in black color with anti-static property.
The same as GC’s folder gluer belt quality, there’s two kinds of rough top conveyor belts distinguished by their core layer, one is used PA sheet from native manufacturer, and the other one is used PA foil from Japanese top company ‘Toray’.

Smooth and wear resistance surface without indentation
GC knows that high-quality corrugated cardboard is characterized by its straight corrugations, high tensile strength, smooth surface, and no indentation. These characteristics are largely realized by the conveying of the hot plate and cooling sections.
And GC top rough conveyor belt has shown good elasticity, toughness, and wear resistance in practical applications. It can significantly improve the surface quality of corrugated cardboard during operation, by distributing the pressure from the gravity roller evenly and appropriately on the cardboard, while maintaining sufficient friction and adhesion, easily and smoothly carrying the cardboard, especially without any indentation on the cardboard.
High speed without deviation and slip during operation
As one of the most important components of the corrugation line, the conveyor belt is driven by the driving roller of the double-sided machine, so it must be able to achieve complete synchronization with the running speed of the tile line, otherwise it will cause poor adhesive effect of corrugated cardboard, reduced production, and other consequences. The unique structure of GC corrugator conveying belt not only fully meet the requirements of high-speed and high tensile operation of the corrugation line, but also do not deviate or slip, so that the improvement of output and quality can be achieved simultaneously

The same as other GC belts, we can provide endless corrugated board conveying belt with width and length as you demand, and also supply belt roll with width 500mm. Generally, the belt thickness is 7mm.
