Solar laminators, often referred to as laminators, are also referred to as solar cell module laminators, and can also be referred to as photovoltaic module laminators. From the perspective of heating methods, it can be divided into electrically heated photovoltaic laminators and oil heated photovoltaic laminators;
From the perspective of automation, it can be divided into fully automatic photovoltaic laminators and fully automatic photovoltaic laminators;
From the perspective of equipment structure, it can be divided into single layer (single cavity) photovoltaic laminators and multi-layer (multi cavity) photovoltaic laminators
The biggest characteristic of oil heated photovoltaic laminators compared to electric heating is that they are stable and uniform in heating, while electric heated laminators have characteristics such as fast response to temperature rise and fall, safety and environmental protection
Currently, the market is relatively mature in the development of double-layer laminators, and if there are too many layers, it may not be the most practical. The two chambers of the dual chamber photovoltaic laminator are connected in series, achieving relatively simple functions and low failure rates, resulting in a 50% reduction in the production process of photovoltaic modules and a 50% increase in production capacity
