For furniture products such as wooden doors, what is invisible is the base material, and what is visible is the surface material. The development of furniture surface materials has mainly gone through the following three stages: solid wood furniture-wood veneer furniture-laminated furniture.
To produce laminated furniture, a machine named vacuum membrane press has become an indispensable processing equipment. And silicone membrane is the key component of the vacuum laminating machine, its quality directly affects the effect of the film and the cost of the laminating machine operation. GC offers two different kinds of silicone sheet for the furniture vacuum press machine.

Generally, for this machine, we offer one type 3 mm general silicone sheet with fabric core, which has different color covers, red & gray. Another type for this application is 4mm green high tear-resistance silicone sheeting.
