Methylvinyl silicone rubber, abbreviated as vinyl silicone rubber, is formed by copolymerization of dimethylsiloxane and a small amount of vinyl siloxane, with a vinyl content of generally 0.1% to 0.3% (mole fraction). The introduction of a small amount of unsaturated vinyl has greatly improved its vulcanization process and finished product properties, especially its heat aging resistance and high temperature compression deformation resistance.
Generally, GC supply two types of silicone gum, 110 Methyl Vinyl Silicone Rubber ( vinyl terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber) and 112 methyl vinyl silicone rubber (methyl terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber). They have following characteristics:

Moisture proof, insulation, and arc resistance
Low compression deformation, resistant to saturated steam.
High and low temperature resistance, capable of long-term operation at - 50~250 ℃
