1. Molding

Molding is the most common manufacturing process. Mainly relying on the coordination of the mold, the shape of the mold determines the shape of the silicone product. Molded silicone rubber products are usually formed by adding curing agent silicone raw materials and applying pressure and high-temperature sulfur to solid state through a vulcanization machine. The hardness of the molded silicone rubber products is usually 30 ° C-70 ° C, which is relatively simple and suitable for all silicone rubber products.


2. Injection

This is a high-quality requirement that combines liquid silicone and plastic. Its products have good thermal stability, cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation performance, and will not produce toxic substances during combustion.


Therefore, it has become an irreplaceable material in the production and design of medical supplies, automobiles, baby products, medical supplies, diving supplies, kitchen utensils, and seals.


3. Extrusion

Extrusion of silicone rubber products are usually formed using a silicone extruder. Generally, the extruded silicone has a longer shape and can be cut into tubes at will. The extrusion process is relatively simple, mostly in the form of strips. Silicone tubing is widely used in the fields of medical and mechanical equipment, and can also be used as a buffer in packaging.


4. Rolling

Silicone rubber is rubbed and mixed with white carbon black, silicone oil, etc. to form a mixed rubber, which is then rolled out using a rolling machine. The longitudinal and transverse physical and mechanical properties of the thin films prepared by the rolling method are significantly different, which is the rolling effect. Specifically, the longitudinal tensile strength of the film is greater than that of the transverse direction, the transverse fracture elongation of the film is greater than that of the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal shrinkage of the film is greater than that of the transverse direction.


The rolling effect is the result of the orientation of macromolecules, needle like and sheet like composite agents along the rolling direction during the rolling process. The rolling effect is related to factors such as the composition of the compound, rolling temperature, and speed ratio.


Used for larger products, such as silicon wafers, silicone rubber sheets, etc.


5. Perfusion

The operation method of filling or pouring mold: The pouring mold or pouring mold is used for relatively smooth or simple products. Without a mold line, labor and time can be saved, that is, the product or model you want to copy is surrounded by rubber or glass plates, and the silicone pumped out by vacuum is directly poured into the product. After the silica gel is dried and formed, the product is taken out to form a mold (note: the injection mold usually uses soft silica gel as the mold, which makes demolding easier and does not damage the products inside the silicone mold). It belongs to solid-liquid combination and uses products such as mobile phone cases and luggage cases.


6. Coating

Rapid vulcanization; Strong adhesion; Good fluidity and easy defoaming. The catalyst of platinum complex is non-toxic and odorless, and after molding, it has good breathability, heat resistance, and certain tensile strength (use temperature -60 ℃~200 ℃).


Excellent anti slip performance; No pollution; Low hardness; Bond firmly. High tearing resistance; High transparency; Good tensile properties. Wear resistance, washing resistance, and high temperature resistance; High dimensional, smooth, soft, and elastic. Durable to water cleaning and dry cleaning.


Suitable for fabrics with anti-aging properties, such as silicone gloves, rain shoes, etc
